Musclefix is a team of expert practitioners who bring the best from many areas of musculoskeletal therapy. We are all remedial massage therapists, able to treat a wide variety of conditions, but on top of this, many of our team hold additional degree-level qualifications such as sports scientists and physical therapists.
We pride ourselves on providing serious massage and related therapies with a basis in science and evidence-based treatment. You can find an abundance of day spas and great places to relax and unwind these days and indeed with Musclefix, you will find our approach to be calming. However, we aim to provide and assure you that with us, you are getting a treatment that will produce measurable physical benefit in addition to receiving a fantastic massage.
We are based out of a great clinic in Sandringham, only 25 minutes drive from the Melbourne CBD. Here, we see a great variety of people from busy mums and dads, to business people, to local and nationally competing athletes. We can take care of you whether you simply want a great massage or would like us to liaise with other members of your health team such as your doctor, physio, chiro, osteo, podiatrist or yoga instructor and help manage an ongoing injury or condition.
We also provide a mobile service. The variety of places and ways of delivering massage on-site is valued and considered an asset by many people, organisations and businesses. Have a massage at home when you are too busy during the day, at your hotel while traveling for business, at your workplace to make the staff feel valued and increase retention. Invite us to your next sporting event such as a fun run or to an exhibition and let us attract a massive amount of visitors to your stand. Theatrical and dance performances are our forte too. The options are endless!

Evan founded Musclefix in 2003 after completing a 2-year Diploma in Remedial Therapy at the Melbourne College of Natural Medicine. During this time Evan added Macfarlane Clinic, an Osteopathy clinic, to his list of places he practiced.
At the end of 2007, Musclefix had begun to take off so Evan left the clinics and put all his time end effort into mobile massage. Evan has now seen hundreds of people in their homes, apartments, hotel rooms and workplaces. In mid-2008, Evan put his skills into assisting people living with disabilities, contracting to Able Australia for a 1-year period, conducting their Tactile Therapy Program.
During 2008, Evan looked at business courses and enrolled in two single subjects at RMIT. Evan applied and was successful at gaining a place in RMIT’s Bachelor of Business – Entrepreneurship. He is currently using his new business knowledge to build up Musclefix and create a fantastic service for clients and a great business for massage therapists to join.
Evan is a Windsurfing enthusiast and can be found in Brighton or Torquay flipping and zooming about. He competes at a national and state level and enjoys sharing his enthusiasm for the sport with others.
