
TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Mobile Massage Therapy with Musclefix
Booking Policy
All appointments are considered purchased and non-refundable within 2 hours of the start time.
Parking fees may be passed onto you if free parking is not available.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 6 hours notice to cancel or a fee of 50% of the appointment price applies. Appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment time require full payment.
Large bookings
All corporate, event and function bookings and bookings of 2 hours or more require 24 hours notice to cancel without charge.
Missed appointments
If you miss your appointment entirely, you will be required to pay for your appointment in full.
If your therapist arrives for your appointment before you, you will be contacted to confirm your expected arrival time. You will be eligible to receive whatever massage time remains available within your appointment slot. If you cannot be contacted, the therapist will wait 50% of the time booked before leaving.
Travel
Half an hour of travel is included in the massage prices. A small addition of $10-$20 may be needed to reach distant locations. This will be added when quoting the cost of the massage at the time of booking.
Hotel
Hotel appointments require purchase and full payment by credit card at the time of booking.
Professional Service Policy
Musclefix provides only professional, health and wellbeing-focused massage. Nothing outside the scope this is provided. Please address your massage therapist the way you would a physiotherapist, chiropractor or medical doctor.
