Health Insurance Rebates for Musclefix Massages

Musclefix remedial massage therapists are registered with all major and most minor health insurance companies.

These companies include, but are not limited to: Australian Unity, MBF, Medibank Private, HBA, Australian Health Management, HCF + Manchester Unity, ANZ, nib, Gov. Employees Health Fund and GMHBA.

If your level of cover is inclusive of remedial massage and we are registered with your health insurer, you will be able to claim a rebate from them. Currently, only remedial massage, including sports and deep-tissue massages are recognised. Relaxation classified massages are not considered eligible by health insurers.

To claim

Simply send or take your receipt to your health insurer for processing.

How much will you get back?

This varies greatly depending on your insurer and your insurance cover. Typical rebates are around the $15-$30 per session range. You can contact your insurer to confirm the amount if you wish.
