Booking and Cancellation Policy
When you book a massage with us, we reserve time just for you and nobody else. If you cancel with short notice or miss your appointment entirely, your therapist is left without income for that period. Calling a friend to take your appointment instead of cancelling is an excellent alternative and highly recommended. Please note, if your doctor, hairdresser or plumber etc. runs late, the above conditions still apply.
Special Intro Offer – Only for new customers at our South Yarra clinic
Your free 60 minute massage will be automatically added to our booking system when you purchase our ‘Special Intro Offer’. Offer only available for purchase online. Valid at our South Yarra clinic only. Available to new customers only. Massages are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
Clinic Massage
We require a minimum of 4-hours notice to cancel or rebook. You will need to pay 50% for any appointment you cancel within 4 hours of the start time and 100% of any appointment you miss entirely.
Mobile Massage
Payment in full is required at the time of booking and is completely non-refundable. If you give us 12 hours-notice, you can reschedule your appointment once for a time within 6 months.
Corporate and Event Massage

Professional Service Policy
Musclefix provides only professional, health and wellbeing-focused massage. Nothing outside the scope this is provided. Please address your massage therapist the way you would a physiotherapist, chiropractor or medical doctor.
