Booking and Cancellation Policy
All appointments are considered purchased and non-refundable within 2-hours of the start time.
Parking fees may be passed onto you if free parking is not available.
We require a minimum of 6-hours notice to cancel or a fee of 50% of the appointment price applies. Appointments cancelled within 2-hours of the appointment time require full payment.
All hotel appointments require purchase and full payment by credit card at the time of booking.
Large Bookings
All corporate, event and function bookings and bookings of 2-hours or more require 24-hours notice to cancel without charge.
Missed Appointments
If you miss your appointment entirely, you will be required to pay for your appointment in full. If your therapist arrives for your appointment before you, you will be contacted to confirm your expected arrival time. You will be eligible to receive whatever massage time remains available within your appointment slot. If you cannot be contacted, the therapist will wait 50% of the time booked before leaving.
Travel
For mobile massage, prices are for travel within 20 minutes drive from your therapist. We are currently based out of Sandringham, St. Kilda, South Melbourne and Carlton. Travel to the outer end of our service area incurs extra travel cost. This will be added when quoting the cost of the massage at the time of booking.
Hotel
All hotel appointments require purchase and full payment by credit card at the time of booking.
Professional Service Policy
Musclefix provides only professional, health and wellbeing-focused massage. Nothing outside the scope this is provided. Please address your massage therapist the way you would a physiotherapist, chiropractor or medical doctor.
